Get  well  soon  card

Hello everyone! I made a card for a friend who is not well from sometime. The flower is made of  crepe paper and it is stick  on a white  circular  base with leafy red edge which is then stick to white rectangular piece which I punched with border punch .That completes the card.

BIRTHDAY CARD 

Hi friends! it sometimes becomes difficult to make a card with very soft colours. Today the colour combination in my card was challenging as I wanted to use bubble gum coloured cardstock which was in my stash since long time. I made a birthday card with embossed background and with flowers and butterflies and added a sentiment in the centre. TEACHERS  DAY  CARD 

Its Teachers day today and I made a card for my son's class teacher. I drew a flower and coloured it with staedtler felt pens and then I added a double sided tape and added glitter to the flower. I again went and outlined the flower with black permanent pen as after adding glitter the flower seemed a little dull as the outlines of the flowers didn't show well. I took a white top folding notecard of standard size and added a brown cardstock and then I sticked my flower with foam dots and added a handwritten sentiment on an oval die cut. HOLIDAY  CARD  

Hi everyone! I made a holiday card few days back with suitcases which is hand drawn and is outlined by a three dimensional pen and coloured with Crayola pencils. I chose bright colours to colour on them and added the sentiment and finished the card. Wish you all a great vacation and keep visiting.

The front panel of the card has a tree with apples hanging on it and as I open it the second panel has a swing and clouds with the bird flying and a grass ground and the last panel has some leaves and flowers and the sentiment . BIRTHDAY  CARD  WITH  COLOURED  PENCILS

Hi everyone ! I made a birthday card for my friends daughter who is very fond of the movie frozen and its characters. I asked her what kind of birthday card does she want and she was a little shy to tell me about who is her favourite character from the movie.. so, I myself decided  to make a card with Elsa holding a birthday cake. I started by sketching a very light sketch with a pencil and the started colouring with Crayola pencils ( I have one with 24 colours)..The candles in the cake were made with 3d metallic pens and the card took about 2 hours to complete. FLORAL BIRTHDAY CARD

Hello all! floral cards are the most I make. I love flowers and always make some in my spare time to use it later on my cards.  I made a quick birthday card for my friend using some of the flowers I made earlier and adhered  many punched leaves around them and also added a butterfly. The background is made with watercolours using a bubble wrap. I have outlined a frame and added the sentiment happy birthday inside it. That completed my card. Have a nice day.

CARD WITH VELLUM

Hi all! its long time since I have posted any card but its not that I didn't make them its just that sometimes I get lazy to post them.. I made a card with a hand drawn rose and coloured it with some maped highlighters and also wrote a sentiment but didn't liked the look of the card and then wanted to change the look of the whole card..so, I drew another rose on a white cardstock and glued it on top of my sentiment and adhered a vellum in the centre of both the roses then I finished the card with other sentiment and some green rhinestones. I hope you like the complete makeover of my card and please do leave your comments. Till then take care.

CARD WITH A ROSE


Hi all ! Thanks to everyone who keeps visiting my blog..Today I made a card with a rose which is hand drawn. I kept spaces in-between the petals to make the petals pop in-between the white spaces and also made leaves and coloured everything with my sharpie markers which I am fond of using a lot these days...I took a top folding red notecard and attached a white  cardstock on it which is little smaller than the base card leaving a small border on the left side. Then I attached a golden strip followed with a black strip and then added the sentiment in the lower half with little hearts around it..Then it was the turn to add my handmade rose on the top right of the card with some pop dots and that completed my card....hope you like it.

FLORAL CARD

Hi Friends! today I made a card in purple colour and layered it with a white embossed cardstock on it and after that white cardstock was layered with doilies which i coloured with my markers. I made a vase with acetate and filled it with different colour punched flowers. I also attached punched leaves to it to make it complete and added a sentiment to a white tag and attached it with some foam tape to make it pop and attached it  with a small strip of purple cardstock to make it look as if it is tied to the vase.

BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS


Hi friends! I made these birthday invitations last month as we celebrated my son's  and my daughters birthday together. For my daughter all the invitations were in pink and for my son it was all in blue but I forgot to take photos of the blue invitations so posting details just for the pink ones..All the invitations were on notecard sized printed cardstock and I printed the invitation with the help of printer. Then I made pennants with red and yellow and cut them in triangular shape  and stick it together as they are hanging on the top of the invitations..I made pinwheels with a printed packing paper which was lying around for a long time and adhered them with pink rhinestones and attached a toothpick at the back which i coloured in pink with sharpie markers to match them with the background. I just loved the way the invitation came out. Hope you like it and tell me your opinions for the same...thanks to all and will meet you with the next post very soon till then take care.
